Return and Exchange Policy

Exchanges and Returns are accepted with in 1 week, on items NOT WORN, ALTERED, or WASHED with ALL tags attached.

All clearance priced items are FINAL and cannot be exchanged or returned.
If exchanged or returned items are not received in the same or similar condition that they were received in, Jewelry Bazaar Inc. may deny request for exchange or refund.

How to make an exchange:
Simply return item per our return policy and re-order. We will post credit to your credit card for the returned items (Return Policy rule Applies). Securely pack and seal the merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to (we do not accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves):

Once your package is received at Jewelry Bazaar Inc., the merchandise will be quality inspected and we will post a credit to your payment for the cost of the product minus 15% of the cost of product to recover the credit card processing charges & restocking fee.
 Please note that no shipping and handling costs will be refunded.
There is a 5% processing fee for the return.

How to make a return:
Refunded items must be postmarked and sent within 7 days of original shipment date to the address below. Securely pack and seal the returned merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to.

International Shipping
Jewelry Bazaar does not charge additional for any custom clearance fees charged by the government. If the package is refused by the customer for any reason, the customer will be responsible for all customs brokerage charges, duties, taxes and returned shipment back into the United States. The customer will be billed via the credit card on file plus a $20.00 service fee.
